Shipping policy

At Revival Clothing, we believe in simplicity and transparency. That's why we offer a straightforward shipping policy: a flat rate of $5.99 for all orders. No hidden fees or surprises. 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking will be included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

Priority Rush Delivery or Overnight: Please email us info@shoprevivalclothing.com for pricing and info.

PLEASE double check your shipping address! If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our reshipment along with providing an updated address. An additional flat rate of $8 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address. 

If your package is lost in transit, please email us at info@shoprevivalclothing.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located, we will reship your items and if they are not available, we will credit you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

***Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a credit. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

DELAYS:

There may be delays due to weather, holidays, and USPS delays that are beyond our control!

We are not responsible for any delays and will not refund shipping charges.
