RETURN POLICY

We hope you love all your purchases from Revival Clothing. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. We accept returns within 7 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with tags intact purchased on our site in exchange of a store credit.

ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE.
ALL ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.
ALL ITEMS MARKED ‘FINAL SALE’ ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Body Suits are final sale.
  • Accessories are final sale.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Any merchandise marked “SALE” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
  • No makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 
  • Unfortunately, you will not receive a store credit if items are defective and/or not in original condition.

RETURN ADDRESS:

To return,

  1. Please include the Packing Slip with your return. The packing slip is included with your purchase.
  2. Include your Order Number which is included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice, and include your Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
  3. Revival Clothing does not offer free returns. Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s).

  • Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit.
  • You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
  • Revival Clothing does not guarantee that we will receive your return item.


HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Our Holiday Return Policy begins November 25, 2024.

ALL ITEMS MARKED ‘FINAL SALE’ ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

During the Holiday season, we want to make things as easy as possible for you. We have extended our Return Policy so you can enjoy your Holiday season with family and friends. Orders placed on or after November 25, 2024 have until January 15, 2025 to be returned for Store Credit.

  • Orders placed before November 25, 2024 are not eligible for our Holiday Return Policy.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them.
